As part of our leading litigation practice, Brodies offers clients the services of experienced in-house counsel. Being able to represent you throughout the court process gives you flexibility and access to our specialists at every stage.

Collectively, our team of nine solicitor advocates can appear in the Court of Session in Scotland, the High Court in England, as well as the Supreme Court - the highest court in the UK - and the Court of Justice of the European Union. This means we can offer our clients a team that can represent them on a pan-UK and European level, from initial hearings all the way to final appeals in London and Luxembourg.

There are solicitor advocates in our Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen offices – giving access to specialist support whatever your location. All our solicitor advocates are recognised by the Society of Solicitor Advocates (www.solicitoradvocates.org).
