Our Insurance and Risk Management team work with mutual insurers, underwriters, brokers and adjusters to handle claims across a range of sectors.
Our strengths include working with insurers, or their insured, to highlight trends in claims and assisting in closing the gap between knowledge and workplace practices; accident investigation and liaison with statutory authorities; and the use of alternative methods of early dispute resolution.
