Our dedicated property litigation team advises on all contentious issues relating to commercial, agricultural and residential property. The team works closely with our property department to resolve disputes. We work hard to find quick commercial solutions, including the use of alternative dispute resolution. The team also has significant experience of running actions in the Court of Session, Sheriff Court, the Land Court and Lands Tribunal for Scotland. Current matters range from lease enforcement (including dilapidations claims) to disputes over missives and the validity of notices.
