We are regularly instructed in very large, complex disputes which can involve multi party disputes and international aspects. We pride ourselves on giving focused commercial advice and in providing value for our clients in what may be a difficult situation.
Although we try to avoid disputes reaching the Courts through negotiation, arbitration and mediation we do represent clients in all Courts and tribunals in Scotland from the House of Lords in London to the Court of Session, Edinburgh and also in the Sheriff Courts across Scotland.
