Our litigators have considerable experience of - and more importantly enthusiasm for - alternative dispute resolution. We aim to find the most effective and efficient outcome for any dispute, whether that is through mediation, arbitration or negotiation and we have a proven track record for settling disputes using ADR methods. We are proud of our significant success in settling disputes for clients out of court.
Responding to changes in litigation culture and the approach of the courts, we have embraced innovation in ADR in the fields of family law, planning and employment as well as in more mainstream commercial and construction disputes.
