Our corporate and commercial practice continues to grow from strength to strength. The value and quality of our deal flow is high underpinning our aptitude in managing large-scale complex transactions. In the last year we have been involved in deals with a value in excess of 700m. Our expertise in corporate tax adds significant value to our corporate finance practice.

We provide a wide range of corporate services, encompassing domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, public offers, equity capital markets (IPO's and secondary share offerings) and joint ventures.

In addition we represent a strong and diverse private and public sector client base, with considerable expertise in commercial agreements, business planning (including listed companies) & support company law & compliance, IP and Technology.

Outsourcing is increasingly forming a major part of our commercial practice. In fact we've been doing this kind of work for large businesses who were outsourcing even before there was a name for it!

IP and Technology has also grown to become a core part of our practice and we regularly advise on IT procurement projects internet issues data protection media and franchising.
