The Construction and Engineering Group is committed to resolving disputes in the most cost and time efficient manner. We are well aware of the shortcomings of the court process, and that most actions raised result in an out of court settlement. For that reason, we actively promote alternative dispute resolution in its many forms. Most obviously, this includes mediations, of which we have conducted many.
Within our team we have a CEDR accredited mediator, and the group has an enviable track record of settling disputes through this process.
ADR means different things to different people, but for us it means considering all of the options to reach a successful conclusion to a problem to save you time and money. We don't just say this; we do it.
