We are genuine experts in our field with a great deal of experience of negotiation, litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and conciliation. We regularly act for employers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants in the adjudication process. We also give advice to consultants acting as adjudicators.
We provide the level of service to suit our clients' needs. For example if we represent a client with experience in presenting their own adjudications, we can work with them in reviewing their submissions and providing legal input, thereby limiting costs. At the other end of the spectrum we represent clients in high value multi-party court actions.
