BInformed Autumn Seminar Programme 2017

Our free seminar programme, coupled with the rest of BInformed, reflects our commitment to sharing knowledge more widely than ever before. This autumn we will be offering a series of informative and entertaining seminars, which will be hosted at our offces in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

This seminar will provide an overview of why certain boilerplate clauses, which are often overlooked, are used in commercial contracts, and the potential pitfalls that can be avoided through careful drafting.
