This seminar will consider the development of the All Scotland Personal Injury Court (ASPIC) since it was established two years ago. Attendees will be given practical guidance about defending claims in the ASPIC and how to avoid falling foul of its practices and procedures.

We will:

  • examine the case law from the ASPIC;
  • discuss the organisational changes within the court and their implications; and
  • provide practical advice about conducting or managing litigation in the ASPI.
