Susannah joined the corporate team as a solicitor in 2022, having completed her corporate and commercial focused traineeship at Brodies.
Susannah has experience in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and various types of corporate deals. She supports clients on corporate matters including reorganisations and restructures, investments, joint ventures, corporate governance and general company law issues.
