Stewart advises a range of individuals and trustees on all aspects of personal law, including the preparation of wills and powers of attorney, trust and executry administration, and tax planning. He also has extensive experience of dealing with vulnerable clients who lack capacity, and their families. This includes advising on the set up and administration of personal injury trusts, as well as looking after the broader succession and estate planning needs of injured clients – whether or not they have capacity.

He has a keen interest in complex cross border estate planning for clients, including those with international connections. Stewart enjoys working in collaboration with other wealth professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our mutual clients. He is committed to offering excellent client service and real solutions; and enjoys building good working relationships with his clients and colleagues.
