Paul is a partner based in our Glasgow office and he advises employers and employees on the full spectrum of workplace issues including discrimination, restructures, industrial relations, contractual disputes and TUPE and provides representation in employment litigation. Clients range from individuals to Government departments, housing associations, further education institutions and local and national charities and companies.
Paul represents clients regularly in the Employment Tribunal in Scotland and as an experienced Employment Tribunal practitioner and negotiator, he uses his expertise and tactical experience to manage cases on behalf of clients to ensure that issues are properly focused and the best outcome for the client is achieved.
He holds a number of professional memberships, among them the Law Society of Scotland Equalities Law Sub Committee and the Employment Tribunal National Users’ Group.
Paul is also a qualified teacher and lectures on University Employment Law Masters courses as well as regularly providing training and speaking at conferences.
