Nigel heads our Employee Benefits practice and advises companies and owner managed businesses on everything to do with employee share ownership, tax effective reward structures and remuneration design and execution. Having previously worked at major London law firms and at a leading remuneration consultancy, Nigel has extensive experience of all aspects of the design, implementation and operation of employee incentive plans (for example long-term incentive plans, executive share plans, all-employee plans and value share arrangements) and performance-related pay such as bonus plans.
Nigel has a particular interest in the practical and communication aspects of share ownership and believes that simplicity is key to an effective remuneration strategy.
