Manus is dual qualified in England and Scotland and specialises in construction law. He works on both sides of the border and has particular experience in advising clients on and resolving construction disputes whether by utilising the formal processes of litigation, arbitration or adjudication, or through the increasingly popular alternative dispute resolution methods. He advises a range of developers, contractors, construction professionals and their insurers on construction issues and believes in adopting a commercial approach to find the most cost-effective resolution to problems geared to suit each individual client's requirements. Manus is a member of the Society of Construction Law, the Adjudication Society and the Chartered Insurance Institute.
'Manus Quigg "has an excellent understanding of the construction industry," according to a client, who continues: "He is pragmatic, solution-focused and commercially aware."
