Jennifer is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and Mediator. Her main focus is resolving money and child related arrangements for married or cohabiting couples after separation. Jennifer’s experience in solving complicated personal and financial matters means that she is able to recommend the best way to resolve matters for each individual situation.
Jennifer also offers expertise in prenuptial and cohabitation agreements. She has a growing reputation for handling divorces and prenuptial agreements with an international or cross-border element and has established a network of contacts both in the UK and elsewhere to allow her to do so.
Jennifer is a member of the Scottish Family Law Association and qualified Collaborative Family Lawyer. Jennifer has tutored in Family Law on the Diploma in Legal Practice at Edinburgh University and has spoken at both national and international conferences on family law matters, including on cross-border jurisdiction for Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA), on the Same Sex International Family.
