Hannah is a senior associate within the banking and finance team and has experience is in cross border finance transactions with broad experience in syndicated and secured bank financings particularly in the marine and aviation sectors.

Hannah has represented banks, export credit agencies, lessors and lessees from a range of jurisdictions in the case of finance and leasing transactions.

Hannah's work has included the negotiating and drafting of high value asset debt financing agreements/facility agreements, finance leases and a wide spectrum of security documentation. Hannah's experience includes advising banks in relation to their financing of SPV acquisition of vessels on a sale and lease back basis from and to international shipping companies and acting as key advisor and co-ordinator to aviation lessors in relation to the sale and purchase and negotiation and subsequent novation of leases for portfolios of aircraft.

Hannah has also provided her technical and commercial expertise to vessel owners in relation to structuring arrangements for the financing and chartering of their vessels (on an individual and fleet basis).
