Chris is part of the firm's contentious construction team. He advises on dispute avoidance and acts for clients in formal dispute resolution processes including adjudication, litigation, and arbitration, and in ADR processes such as mediation.

Chris has advised and acted for employers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, developers, funders, local authorities and tenants on claims and disputes arising under many of the UK standard forms of construction and engineering contracts and under bespoke contracts.
