Anoop joined the firm in 2016 and has experience advising clients in a wide array of disputes focusing on intellectual property and technology intensive industries ranging from the oil and gas sector, renewables, luxury brands and designer goods to the consumer electronics, engineering and software industries. Anoop’s experience includes advising a variety of clients from SMEs to international corporations and UK PLCs in relation to patents, trade marks, copyright, registered and unregistered design rights as well as confidential information and trade secrets.
Anoop is also a software developer and spent almost three years at a board level as part of the management team growing a successful global facing Scottish fin-tech start-up. During this time Anoop was able focus his commercial sensibilities and gained first-hand experience of the challenges facing high growth technology companies. During this time Anoop also spent time in Silicon Valley and gained exposure at board level to angel and VC investors.
