Brodies hires new Insurance and Health and Safety partner
Brodies LLP announces that its insurance and health and safety team is being further strengthened by the recruitment of new partner, Elena Fry, from Biggart Baillie. She will be based in Brodies' Glasgow office.
A highly rated and experienced litigation lawyer, until earlier this week, Elena was Head of the Health and Safety and Insurance group at Biggart Baillie, and has a significant track record in dealing with multi-million pound claims across the whole range of insurance litigation for both insurers and self insuring corporate clients - fire damage, medical negligence, asbestos litigation, and catastrophic injury claims. She has also dealt with a significant number of health and safety prosecutions and fatal accident inquiries.
