What is Brodies' Real Estate Academy?
The sessions cover the legal aspects of real estate, including buying and selling investment properties and development sites, financing property deals, and planning. The training sessions are specifically designed to benefit junior surveyors who are working towards their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). Running for over ten years, the Brodies Real Estate Academy and the free sessions are held in our Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen offices as well as virtually.
Who is the programme for?
Brodies Real Estate Academy is open to surveyors from all areas of the profession - traditional surveying firms, in-house surveyors, public sector organisations, or property companies - and across all sectors - commercial, residential and rural.
