Top tennis legends will take to the court at the Brodies Tennis Invitational in Edinburgh later this year. Former British No.1s Greg Rusedski and Johanna Konta will be joined by crowd favourites former World No.8, Mark Philippoussis and Australian Open finalist Marcos Baghdatis, as they battle it out to become the Brodies Tennis Invitational Champion at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre from 28 to 30 September, 2023.

With more big names set to be added to the star studded line-up, the event will see a mixture of singles and doubles matches across the three days of competition, with the champions to be decided on the final day. The legends will also share the court with some of the UK's most promising tennis talent including Maia Lumsden and Ali Collins over the course of the event.

GB National Tennis Academy coach, Billie Jean King Cup coach and former Davis Cup player, Colin Fleming, has been appointed as tournament director and commented: "We are delighted to bring the Brodies Tennis Invitational back for the sixth time, and to be taking the event to Edinburgh this year. The City, and the Scottish fans, are sure to provide an atmospheric backdrop to what promises to be a superb three days of sport in the capital.

"Brodies Tennis Invitational will also provide an opportunity for young British players to showcase their talents on the match court which is a fantastic experience for them, and a huge bonus for the crowd too."

Scottish tennis coach, and ambassador of the event, Judy Murray, also added her support; "I am really excited that this event is back this year and coming to Scotland's capital city. Showcasing sport is an important part of increasing participation, so seeing these incredible tennis legends play in Scotland, at the Brodies Tennis Invitational, is a brilliant opportunity for local fans and players alike.
