UK top 50 and leading Scottish law firm Brodies LLP has added to its commercial services practice with the appointment of Alison Bryce, who joins the firm as partner.

Highly regarded amongst her peers and ranked in the legal directories, Alison joins Brodies from Dentons, and brings more than 20 years of experience. In addition to core commercial contracts, Alison specialises in IP and innovation, with sector expertise in food and drink, fintech and green energy. She acts for clients in Scotland, the UK and internationally.

Brodies' commercial services practice has also been bolstered by the appointments of associates Ally Burr, who is based in Inverness, and Rebecca Ronney who will work alongside Alison from the firm's Glasgow office. Both Ally and Rebecca join Brodies from Dentons.
